What we collect
TraceAgently collects the data you explicitly send us via our SDK: agent trace events (thoughts, tool calls, results, errors), your email address when you sign up, and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not collect data from your end users.
How we use your data
Trace data is used solely to power your dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your agent trace data to train models. Your data is scoped to your account and never visible to other users.
Data retention
Trace data is automatically deleted after 7 days (Free), 30 days (Indie), or 90 days (Pro). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Third-party services
We use Convex (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each has their own privacy policy. We use Anthropic's Claude API for the Magic Fix feature — trace data sent to this feature is processed per Anthropic's API usage policy.
