Acceptance

By using TraceAgently, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

TraceAgently provides an API and dashboard for monitoring AI agent activity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your data

You own the data you send to TraceAgently. You grant us a license to store and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring the data you send does not contain regulated personal information (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) beyond what is necessary.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Overage charges apply per the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

Do not use TraceAgently to instrument agents that violate laws or Anthropic/OpenAI/Google usage policies. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service. Do not share API keys publicly.

Limitation of liability

TraceAgently is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
